Originally the Partida Margarita, this luscious libation is heavy on tequila, light on the waistline, and devoid of that nasty radiator fluid they call margarita mix.
Simple, Delicious and PERFECT Margarita
Light and clean and low on calories (in fact, agave nectar is a low glycemic food). Perfectly bright and citrusy.
- 1 oz. of juice from about half of a fresh squeezed organic lime
- 3/4 oz. agave nectar
- 3/4 oz. filtered water
- 2 oz. good quality blanco tequila
Shake in a glass with plenty of crushed ice until wickedly cold.
